Follow Me...

So here's the deal...
I woke up this morning with the intention of starting the story of Wy.
You see his Birthday is coming up soon and he has such a great story begining with the start of Wy that I thought I would share it with all of you.
That's when it happened.
I started thinking the way I think before the lights come on.
That thinking that rambles from one thought to another until you put your feet on the floor and smell the coffee.
Yesterday I got a message from Lynne on Facebook that said lots of nice things, but one of the things she said was, "The Parks Farm?"
Ok, so the story is, that this farm has never really had a name, just Grammy and Grampys.
It has four mobile spaces on the top corner of the property so when Grampy had to register with the State of Oregon he put down Aching Acres because that's what he and my Dad called it when they were building.
But, it's never been officially called that.
Now, if you know me personally, you know my love of all things trailers and trailer parks, so you can imagine my joy when I met and married my sixth husband who's last name just happened to be Parks.
Get it?
"Trailer" Parks?
At the time I just so happened to be living in a single wide in a trailer park and I insisted that we get married in the trailer park.
I should have known better since I married number five in the same trailer with disastrous results, but that's another story for another day.
This is where the story gets interesting...
Number six and I sold the single wide and moved to Oregon when Grammy and Grampy needed a little help with life and stayed with them until they both moved on to that big farm in the sky.
Since we had settled in and made our home here on the farm and acquired quite a menagerie of small farm animals including our four favorite dogs it was a unanimous family decision that we stay on and take care of things.
So, I decided we would call the farm the "Trailer" Parks farm.
Get it?
Mobile spaces?
Last name Parks...
The "Trailer" Parks Farm!
Well, as you know, Number Six took care of things all right, he took care of the 30,000.00 dollars in my Grampy's bank account.
Out with Number Six.
Now it's just Wyatt and I on the farm and even though our last name is still Parks, it oogs me every time I refer to it as the "Parks" farm since it was Boss Parks who did the dirty deed.
I bet you're wondering what any of this has to do with Wyatt's Birthday Blog.
Follow me just a little longer and I'll get there.
I don't want my blog OR our family farm to be associated with Number Six any longer so I am changing the name and address of this blog.
I started the Nevergettingmarriedagain blog and I am going to tie this blog to it and post on both sites.
Different subject matter of course, the Never blog will be full of hate and angst and this will be a day in the life type of stuff.
(Yes Lane Four, I know Silly Putty. Call it the BiPolar blog whatever, just roll with it.)
Shelley has told me that if I ever write a book the title should be, "My First Six Husbands," so that is what I am calling the blog from now on.
Same blog, same great taste, same great look, just a new name and address.
Thank you Lynne and Shelley for the inspiration I needed, and Lane Four, shut it and read!

Please update your readers and bookmarks to...

I will be posting the story of how Wy came to be and the continuing saga there.
